Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LucidMatch. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use LucidMatch.

Who can use LucidMatch

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you upload and for having the right to use any photos you submit.

What LucidMatch does

LucidMatch provides AI-assisted coaching on your dating-profile photos, prompts, and next steps. It is guidance only. We do not guarantee matches, dates, messages, or any specific outcome.

Acceptable use

Upload only photos you own or are allowed to use.
Do not upload content that is unlawful, sexual content of minors, or non-consensual.
Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and manage your plan from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown at checkout. Where required by law, you may be entitled to a refund.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you provide. You grant LucidMatch a limited licence to process that content to deliver the service (including sending it to our AI provider to generate your results). You can delete your content at any time from Settings.

Disclaimers

LucidMatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Coaching output is generated by AI and may be imperfect; you decide what to act on. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LucidMatch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service over time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using LucidMatch and delete your data at any time.
